Did I do it alone? Hell no, I needed help, LOTS of help and that included coaches.

All coaching bundles must be used within the advertised time frame. Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session is due to run. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be considered missed sessions. I do not offer refunds for unused or missed sessions. Passes are for a single person use only. Team & group coaching can be arranged using my contact form. These passes are NOT monthly memberships or re-occurring payments. Once you have used your allocations if you want to indulge again you simply pick the pass you want and re-purchase.
