How it works, simply pick a package from below, I will email you to get your sessions booked in the diary.

My PT sessions are worked in around my weekly classes & commitments and your availability.

  • 90 Min single PT session OR Plan Review

    45£
    Ideal for setting up & renewing programme plans, Accountability & check in sessions or one off sessions.
    Valid for one month
  • 12 x PT sessions

    240£
    Must be used within 6 months of purchasing.
    Valid for 6 months
  • 8 x PT sessions

    200£
    Must be used within 16 weeks of purchasing.
    Valid for 4 months
  • 6 x PT sessions

    180£
    Must be used within 12 weeks of purchasing.
    Valid for 3 months
  • 4 x PT sessions

    140£
    Must be used within 8 weeks of purchasing.
    Valid for 2 months

Please note those wanting in person training may be required to pay an entry fee to the fitness centre, please see booking T&C's for full details. All PT bundles must be used within the advertised time frame. Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session is due to run. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be considered missed sessions. I do not offer refunds for unused or missed sessions. Passes are for a single person use only. These passes are NOT monthly memberships or re-occurring payments. Once you have used your allocations if you want to indulge again you simply pick the pass you want and re-purchase.
