I have been working in the Fitness, Health & Wellbeing industry since my first qualification in 2006.

I have done a bit of everything from Beauty and SpaTreatments, Gym, PT, group classes, parties, corporate work, instructor training & assessing to even setting up a worldwide dance franchise, which I then went on to sell.

I have been blessed to train and be trained by some amazing people in my career who have lifted and inspired me and that’s what I enjoy most about this industry. Working alongside people who, like me truly want to inspire, encourage and support you through what ever personal / professional journey you are on.

Now as an instructor trainer, instructor assessor and business coach having been doing this all for so long I have become an instructor snob ha-ha. ​
