Want a FREE retreat space?
Yes you read that correct, for every person YOU recommend to join you on the retreat you will get a 10% discount on YOUR booking. So if you recommend 10 people you get YOUR space completely free.
T&C apply - you must book your space and any discounts due to you will be applied to future payments or refunded.
*They MUST mention your name at the time of booking*
When booking you will be asked to complete a form where you can let us know if you are travelling with people you wish to share a room with.

Booking Terms & Conditions:
By booking a space on this retreat you accept and agree to the following:
Billings & Payments
All payments must be made by Monday 2nd March 2026 - there will be a £25 late payment fee to any customer I have to chase for payments.
Spaces are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you are booking with friends we will not hold spaces so we recommend they book within 48 hours of your booking.
Cancellations & Refunds
I appreciate things happen, people get poorly and life happens but I am unable to offer refunds to those who can no longer attend. Whether you show up or not I still have to pay the venue, the chef and staff for your space as all costs will have been committed by this time. Therefore I strongly advise that you purchase travel insurance, so that if for any reason you can no longer attend you can claim this back on your insurance.
With enough notice I may be able to re-sell your space. If I am able to re-sell your space, then and only then will you receive a full or partial refund minus a £50 transfer and admin fee.
I can only transfer you to a future retreat if I am able to re-sell your space on the current retreat but there will be a £50 admin & transfer charge.
You may also transfer your booking to another person (subject to our approval with notice & paperwork being completed) if you are unable to attend and either claim the cost from them or gift it to them.
I will not tolerate any abuse on this matter.
Retreat Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that the retreat must be cancelled by me the organiser (Lindsay Ann), you will receive a full refund of your payment. We are not responsible for any other costs incurred, such as travel arrangements.
Travel & Insurance
Travel to and from the venue is not included in the retreat price.
We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including illness or transport disruption.
Health & Medical Conditions
By booking, you confirm that you are fit and able to participate in the retreat activities or will inform us of any relevant health conditions in advance.
All activities are optional, and you are encouraged to listen to your body and participate at your own pace.
If you have food allergies or specific dietary requirements, please notify us before booking to ensure we can accommodate your needs.
Venue Policies
The retreat is held at Loyterton Sanctuary, a nut-free venue.
Please do not bring any products containing nuts.
Guests may bring their own alcohol for personal consumption in moderation, but alcohol is not included in the retreat price.
Conduct
We strive to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive space for all participants.
Any behaviour deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe may result in you being asked to leave the retreat without a refund.
Photography & Media
Photos or short videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional use.
If you do not wish to be included, please let us know in writing before the retreat begins this will not impact your time with us at all, we understand.
Referral Discount
Receive a 10% discount for each guest you refer who books and pays in full.
Referral discounts are applied after your referral’s booking is confirmed.
Should your referral fail to pay in full we may have to remove your discount.
Request to reserve your space today
Once I have received your form, I will check availability.
If I can accommodate you I will hold your space for 3 days and send you an invoice and request payment.
You will have a maximum of 3 days to make payment, after that I will no longer hold your space.
We accept Bank Transfers as well as Debit & Credit Card payments.
