Welcome to our weekly class time table

Classes are currently held in 3 locations: Medway, Cobham & Swanley Kent

Cost is as shown per class when pre booked or included as part of our membership.

Walk ins & late bookings are accepted but at the increased price of £10 CASH on Arrival regardless of which class it is and subject to availability including equipment availability

Members you must pre book each session you want to attend via the members app or the main website.
Booking closes 48 hours before the session is due to start.

We do not accept customer cancellations but you can reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the class is due to start. If for any reason we have to cancel you will be offered the choice of a refund OR transfer.

Booking confirmation is sent within 5 minutes of booking as long as you have put in the right email.
